Reverend Helice Greene

 

Reverend Helice Greene, was ordained a  Unity minister in 1982, dedicated to the search to explore and express the hidden Source and Power within every person.  Because of her dedication, many have found for themselves a way of life that has been fulfilling and successful.

 

Following ordination, she served Unity of Fairfax in Virginia for ten years.  During this time the congregation supported the purchase of additional property for expansion.  In 1992, she was invited to serve Unity of Oak Park, developing a dynamic team ministry and a field for  continuing education program for individuals seeking leadership and accreditation as Unity teachers. She retired in 2017 following 25 years of service.

 

Reverend Greene has served as a telephone prayer worker for Silent Unity and as a counselor at the Unity Village Counseling Center.  During her ministerial career, she served Unity School and Association of Christianity and Unity churches for many years.

 

Reverend Greene has a degree in Counseling and Religious studies.  As a family counselor for many years, she integrated spiritual approaches empowering individuals in living the abundant life.

Reverend Greene is the author of her newest creation, a book entitled "The Living Light."  This book provides the inspiration for guidance on our spiritual journey.   The Living Light distinguishes between real/unreal transcending time and space opening the doorway to a dynamic force drawing to us our greatest possibilities and spiritual vision.  Let your light shine.

This is an exciting time as she shares the spiritual truth that weaves itself through the fabric of life.  Her writing inspires us as we seek to make sense of the many changes and experiences on life's journey.

Reverend Sandy Diamond

 

Rev. Sandy Diamond is a licensed and ordained Unity Minister as well as a psychotherapist in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. She is well known in the Unity Movement and has become a popular and sought after psychotherapist in the Chicagoland area.  She utilizes the work of C.G. Jung to inform her psychotherapy practice, [Sandra Diamond LTD, located in Park Ridge, IL.]

Rev. Diamond has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. With her background in Unity theology and grasp of World Religious Traditions, her approach is ecumenical in nature.  Rev. Diamond has traditional clinical training as well, so the blend of the spiritual and clinical is a great strength. In addition, she retains a minor in Women’s Studies from DePaul University.

 

Rev. Sandy Diamond  has been a licensed and ordained Unity minister for over two  decades and during that time served at Unity World Headquarters in Unity Village, MO., as a “minister development officer.”

​

Rev. Diamond served as the Senior Minister at Unity Lincoln Park and supported Unity in Chicago as an interim minister.  She served as Chair of Future Trends Team for Unity Worldwide Ministries (2009-2013). This team researched and identified spiritual trends on a global level.  Rev. Diamond also served for over  a decade on the Planning Team for  Unity People's Convention and as Chair  (2015 and 2016).​

 

Rev. Diamond has been published in Unity Magazine and Contact Magazine (both trade magazines within the Unity Movement).  She is a prolific and creative writer.  Rev. Diamond was frequently featured as a writer in the Unity Leaders Journal and circulated a a weekly newsletter focused on politics and spirituality soon after the 2016 election.​

 

Recently Rev. Diamond has taught all three of the Mary Morissey Prosperity Programs.  Prosperity Plus I, II & and III. She is an experienced joyful teacher and loves sharing the work of Rev. Morissey.  She co-authored a book as a result of this experience. (Prosperity in Action, 2016)  

 

She is thrilled to join alliances with Rev. Helice Greene on this newest platform entitled Women of Wisdom.  As they gather forces to provide a voice for women’s expression of wisdom in 2020 and beyond.
